Terms of Service

Welcome to CTK. These Terms of Service govern the rules and conditions under which you may use CTK projects and services. By using any CTK project, you agree to these Terms.

Rules

1. Project Integrity Do not recreate, clone, or remake any CTK projects without explicit permission. This includes "old remakes."
   Permanent CTK Blacklist + potential DMCA action
2. Respect and Conduct CTK promotes a respectful and inclusive environment. Racism, sexism, harassment, or hate speech is strictly prohibited.
   See Section B (Normal Punishment Scheme)
3. Support System Usage Use the support system properly and only for legitimate requests. Abuse or spamming is not tolerated.
   IP ban from support services
4. Unauthorized Access Attempting to gain unauthorized access to CTK servers or data is strictly forbidden. Systems automatically IP ban security threats.
   CTK Blacklist and/or police report
5. Exploiting Loopholes Intentionally exploiting loopholes or technicalities to bypass these Terms will result in the same level of punishment as the intended violation.
   As applicable per violation

Punishment Scheme

1. Warning A formal CTK warning lasting 30 days or indefinitely. Two active warnings escalate to the next level.
2. Feature Restriction Specific features may be removed (e.g., disabling certain bot commands) if they were used in a violation.
3. Temporary Suspension Loss of access to CTK projects (excluding partner services) for up to one year.
4. CTK Blacklist Permanent loss of access to all CTK projects, including partner projects. Generally final and rarely lifted.

Administrative Abuse & Misconduct

1. Abuse of Administrative Power CTK staff are strictly prohibited from abusing permissions — including damaging projects, deleting data, or acting in bad faith toward users.
   Immediate removal + CTK Blacklist + potential legal action
2. Intentional Project Damage Any deliberate act designed to disrupt or destroy CTK projects — by staff or non-staff — is a critical violation.
   Permanent CTK Blacklist + possible civil or criminal action
3. Accountability & Reporting CTK may investigate any allegation of misconduct. Users may report suspected abuse through official CTK support channels. False reports may result in punishment.

Updates to These Terms

CTK may update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our projects means you accept the latest version.
