Minecraft Creation License

For CTK Minecraft mods, plugins, datapacks, resource packs, configurations, builds, assets, and related files.

Summary

Use is allowed. Reuploading is not.

You may use CTK Minecraft creations in your own servers, modpacks, videos, streams, screenshots, private projects, and personal gameplay without giving credit. Credit is appreciated, but not required.

You may not reupload, redistribute, mirror, resell, leak, sublicense, or publish CTK creations anywhere without written permission from CTK.

Definitions

For this License, the following meanings apply:

CTK Creation
Any Minecraft mod, plugin, datapack, resource pack, build, asset, configuration, file, archive, source code, or binary released by CTK.
Use
Installing, running, playing with, modifying privately, recording, streaming, or using the creation on a server.
Redistribution
Uploading, sharing, mirroring, reposting, reselling, leaking, or making the creation available for download by others.
Paid Asset
Any CTK Creation that was sold, licensed commercially, locked behind payment, or otherwise provided as paid content.
Section A

Permissions

  1. Personal and Server Use You may install and use CTK Creations for personal gameplay, private projects, public Minecraft servers, and internal server setups.
  2. No Credit Required You do not need to credit CTK when using CTK Creations in gameplay, videos, screenshots, streams, servers, or private projects.
  3. Private Changes Allowed You may edit, configure, patch, or modify CTK Creations for your own private use, provided you do not redistribute the modified version.
  4. Content Creation Allowed You may show CTK Creations in videos, livestreams, reviews, screenshots, and social media posts, as long as you do not provide unauthorized download links or copies.
Section B

Strict Redistribution Ban

  1. No Reuploads You may not upload, repost, mirror, leak, archive, or redistribute CTK Creations on any website, marketplace, Discord server, file host, GitHub repository, forum, mod platform, or server panel without written permission from CTK.

  2. No Paid Redistribution You may not sell, rent, license, monetize, paywall, bundle, or otherwise charge money for access to CTK Creations unless CTK gives written permission.
    Permanent license termination + takedown request + possible legal action
  3. No Modpack Redistribution Without Permission You may use CTK Creations in a modpack or server setup for your own server, but you may not distribute a modpack, setup archive, server files package, or installer containing CTK Creations without written permission.
  4. No Modified Reuploads Changing names, icons, package names, code, configs, metadata, or file structure does not make redistribution allowed. Modified copies are still covered by this License.
Section C

Paid Assets and Leaks

  1. Paid Assets Must Not Be Shared If a CTK Creation was paid content, you may not give it away, leak it, trade it, upload it, include it in public downloads, or share it with users who did not obtain it from CTK or an authorized CTK source.

  2. Commercial Misuse Reselling or monetizing a paid CTK Creation without permission may be treated as copyright infringement, breach of license, and unauthorized commercial distribution.

  3. Access Does Not Transfer Ownership Buying, downloading, receiving, or using a CTK Creation gives you permission to use it under this License. It does not transfer copyright, ownership, resale rights, or redistribution rights.
Section D

Ownership and Copyright

All CTK Creations are protected by copyright and remain the property of CTK unless otherwise stated in writing. CTK reserves all rights not expressly granted by this License.

This License does not grant rights to CTK names, logos, branding, private source code, private systems, or unreleased materials.

Section E

Enforcement

  1. Takedown Requests CTK may request removal of unauthorized copies from websites, marketplaces, file hosts, Discord servers, GitHub repositories, forums, search engines, and other platforms.
  2. License Termination CTK may terminate your permission to use CTK Creations if you violate this License.
  3. Account, Server, or Service Restrictions CTK may restrict access to CTK downloads, updates, support, services, licensing systems, or communities for users involved in unauthorized redistribution.
  4. Legal Escalation Serious violations, especially paid redistribution or leaking of paid assets, may result in copyright claims, civil legal action, payment processor reports, marketplace reports, or other remedies available under applicable law.
Section F

Permission Requests

To request redistribution, commercial use, modpack inclusion, marketplace publication, or any special permission, contact CTK and describe exactly what you want to do, where the files will be hosted, whether money is involved, and which CTK Creation is affected.

Permission is only valid when CTK gives written approval. Silence, lack of reply, or previous access to a file does not count as permission.

Section G

Disclaimer

CTK Creations are provided as-is unless otherwise stated. CTK is not responsible for server issues, compatibility problems, data loss, downtime, conflicts with other mods or plugins, or damage caused by improper installation or unauthorized modifications.

Section H

Updates

CTK may update this License at any time. Continued use of CTK Creations after an update means you accept the revised License.
