CTK Terms of Service

Introduction

Welcome to CTK! These Terms of Service ("Terms") explain the rules and conditions under which you may use CTK projects and services. By using any CTK project, you agree to these Terms.

DEFINITIONS:
PROJECTS = Any of our work, including but not limited to games, Discord bots, and Python applications.
PUNISHMENTS = Limitations or penalties applied to a user’s access or privileges.
CTK = The CTK service, community, and its related systems.

Section A: Rules

1. Project Integrity: Do not recreate, clone, or remake any CTK projects without explicit permission. This includes “old remakes.”
   PUNISHMENT: Permanent CTK Blacklist and potential DMCA action if content is directly copied.
2. Respect and Conduct: CTK promotes a respectful and inclusive environment. Racism, sexism, harassment, or any form of hate speech is strictly prohibited.
   PUNISHMENT: See Section B (Normal Punishment Scheme).
3. Support System Usage: Use the support system properly and only for legitimate requests. Abuse or spamming is not tolerated.
   PUNISHMENT: IP ban from support services.
4. Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to CTK servers or data is strictly forbidden. Our systems automatically IP ban security threats.
   PUNISHMENT: CTK Blacklist and/or police report.
5. Exploiting Loopholes: Intentionally exploiting loopholes or technicalities to bypass these Terms will result in the same level of punishment as the intended violation.
   PUNISHMENT: As applicable per violation.

Section B: Punishments

1. Warning: A formal CTK warning that lasts 30 days or indefinitely. Two active warnings escalate to the next punishment level.
2. Feature Restriction: Specific features may be removed (e.g., disabling certain bot commands) if they were used in a violation.
3. Temporary Suspension: Loss of access to CTK projects (excluding partner services) for up to one year.
4. CTK Blacklist: Permanent loss of access to all CTK projects, including partner projects. Blacklists are generally final and rarely lifted.

Section C: Administrative Abuse & Misconduct

1. Abuse of Administrative Power: CTK administrators, moderators, and staff are strictly prohibited from abusing their permissions. This includes, but is not limited to, intentionally damaging projects, deleting or corrupting data, sabotaging systems, or acting in bad faith toward users or CTK itself.
   PUNISHMENT: Immediate removal from staff position, permanent CTK Blacklist, and potential legal action depending on severity.
2. Intentional Project Damage: Any intentional act designed to disrupt, degrade, or destroy CTK projects—whether performed by staff or non-staff—will be treated as a critical violation.
   PUNISHMENT: Permanent CTK Blacklist and possible civil or criminal action.
3. Accountability & Reporting: CTK reserves the right to investigate any allegation of administrative misconduct. Users may report suspected abuse through official CTK support channels. False or malicious reports may result in punishment.

CTK may update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our projects means you accept the latest version of the Terms.
